Our Mission

The Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities collaborative is dedicated to connecting individuals and families to valuable referrals, resources, and networking opportunities.

We aim to support youth, ages 16 to 21, in achieving academic success, gaining employment, and transitioning smoothly into adulthood, while providing essential services and guidance to their parents.

By building strong relationships and connections with community entities, we facilitate linkages and foster engagement in community activities, with a special focus on Spanish-speaking and monolingual families. We also provide up-to-date policy and legislative information through our website, ensuring all members stay informed and empowered.
